Super League enters 2nd week

 With the three big guns, Silver Strikers, Be Forward Wanderers and Nyasa Big Bullets on bye, the TNM Super League enters its second week of games with seven matches lined up for this weekend.

 Leaders Silver, Wanderers and champions Bullets are exempted having contributed a number of players to the national team which playing Eswatini in the CHAN qualifier on Saturday away in Manzini.

Blue Eagles, who won their first match against Moyale Barracks, host rookies Ntopwa FC at Nankhaka Ground in Lilongwe on Saturday.

 Ntopwa, who made their debut in the top-flight league with a goalless draw against Mzuni FC, face Masters Security on Sunday.

 Ntopwa FC coach Leo Mpulula says the match will be a litmus test for his side on their preparedness to compete in the national league.

 Ntopwa Are expected to showcase their Nigerian new-signing Friday Osiagi.

 Fellow newcomers Mlatho Mponela host Karonga United at Kasungu Stadium.

 Mlatho were thumped 3-0 in their flagship league debut by Civil Sporting Club last week.

 TN Stars travel to the North where they face Moyale on Saturday before taking on Mzuni on Sunday.  In other matches, returnees Savenda Chitipa United face Kamuzu Barracks at Civo Stadium in Lilongwe on Saturday before facing Dwangwa United at Chitowe on Sunday while Civil Sporting date Karonga United on Sunday at Civo Stadium
