A point clear at the top of the Super League: Moyale

Moyale Barracks are now a point clear at the top of the Super League standings.
This comes after they collected four out of six points following their outing to the Southern Region where they beat Chikwawa United 2-0 on Saturday before being held to a goalless draw by fellow soldiers Red Lions on Sunday.
Moyale now have  33 points from 16 games, just a point above Big Bullets who, however, have a game’s cushion.
Bullets only had one game at the weekend when they beat Civo United 2-0 through goals from Fischer Kondowe (penalty) and new signing Frazer Menyani.
Chamveka Gwetsani scored both goals for Moyale against Chikwawa.
Rookies Karonga United now anchor the log table with 10 points from 16 games, from which they have won twice, drawn four and lost 10.
At the weekend, they lost both their weekend games to Airborne Rangers (2-1) and Blue Eagles (4-1).
Blue Eagles are third on the table with 30 points from 15 games.
In the other game played at the weekend, Kamuzu Barracks and Epac played out a 1-all draw.
